TROUGH SCREW CONVEYORS & TUBULAR SCREW CONVEYORS
The HUP screw conveyor system is extremely versatile and offers a wide range of solutions for bulk materials and granulates.
Screw conveyors are available in standard steel and stainless steel. If necessary, areas with the greatest abrasion can be equipped with wear-resistant linings using simple exchange systems.
HUP screw conveyors are composed of a U- or V-shaped trough equipped with at least one outlet, an end shield at both ends of the trough, a screw helix welded onto an inner tube with shaft bushings at both ends.
Depending on the media to be conveyed, HUP screw conveyors are available in a light, medium or extra-heavy version.

SHAFTLESS SPIRAL CONVEYORS
Shaftless screws are an alternative concept to traditional central shaft screw conveyors. The medium is conveyed in a trough housing by a thick-walled shaftless screw helix sliding on a low-friction, wear-resistant trough lining. At the drive end, the screw is equipped with an end shield on which an end bearing unit with flange connection to the screw helix is mounted. The drive unit installed is adapted to the application requirements.
