COATINGS

Which of our products is best suited for you?

ELIMINATE VULNERABILITIES

WEAR-RESISTANT, CHEMICAL-RESISTANT AND CORROSION-RESISTANT. ECONOMICAL AND TIME-OPTIMIZED APPLICATION. INDIVIDUALLY TAILORED TO THE SPECIFIC APPLICATION IN YOUR COMPANY

Friction, abrasion, cavitation, chemicals, breakage, leakage: With a wide range of coating solutions, we provide protective covering over surfaces subjected to harsh conditions. In industrial plants and process engineering systems, in pipelines and containers, in transport systems and functional elements.

WHY WEAR PROTECTION

  • supports smooth operation of production facilities,
  • extends service life of machines and equipment,
  • ensures efficiency of machines and plants,
  • reduces malfunctions and downtime,
  • protects against excessive wear and cavitation damage

PTA
PLASMA WELDING

Plasma powder cladding PTA is a thermal coating process. In contrast to flux-cored welding, this process involves minimal mixing with the base material, resulting in a higher quality of the hardfacing surface.

TUNGSTEN-CARBIDE WELDING

Coating of tungsten carbide fused carbides by gas fusion welding is one of the most commonly used hardfacing processes in the world. This welding process enables us to apply very highly wear-resistant coatings at low heat (and distortion).

LASER
CLADDING

Laser cladding is a proven technology for creating high-quality coatings and structures from metallic materials. The process uses fine metal powders that can be transported by a carrier gas in a precision dosage. Through special nozzles, this powder/gas mixture is directed onto the surface of a component.

CERAMIC
COATING

High performance ceramic composite material for repair and protection of all metal surfaces subject to abrasion, corrosion and chemical action. The material can be used either to rebuild abraded metal surfaces or as a preventive coating.

HARDFACING

For powder flame spraying, the powder additive (tungsten carbide) is applied in a thin layer (max. 1mm) using a powder conveying unit and oxy-acetylene flame, and subsequently smelted in.

HARD METAL
COATING

Carbide is a composite material consisting of 90% tungsten carbides in combination with a metallic matrix. Carbide is pressed and sintered, this provides the material with its key characteristics: wear resistance and toughness.
